The maximum rent period is 30 days. However, in case of a need for a longer rent period than the one designated here, please contact our Customer support.

Our regular offer does not have a limit on the mileage done. In case of special offers the limit on the mileage is always clearly stated.

As our customer, you have the freedom to use the vehicle inside Turkey only.

When making a reservation, you don’t need to write your driver’s licence number nor information, but you do need to have a valid driver’s licence with you to pick up your selected vehicle.

If you are 21 years or older, you can rent and drive our vehicles. However, for customers under 24 years old, an additional driver fee may apply based on the vehicle group.

During pick up you need to present a valid driver’s licence, additionally drivers licences that aren’t in Latin script, for example Chinese, Japanese or Cyrillic script, need to be accompanied by an international driver’s licence.

You can, however keep in mind that the person signing the contract needs to be the card holder of a valid credit card.

We accept all credit card: Visa, MasterCard.

Note:  we do not accept prepaid or electron cards, travel cards, nor Visa Electron or Maestro

Although we do try to keep every clients wish in mind, sadly we cannot guarantee a specific model, only the selected car category.

We do offer such a service; however, it needs to be agreed upon 48 hours before vehicle pick up, and it is charged per our additional services price list.

The insurance excess is the maximum amount for which the customer could be held responsible in the event of an accident. The specific amount depends on the vehicle category and can be checked during the reservation process.

Additional insurance packages are extra products that reduce or eliminate your liability in the event of any accidents.

SCDW is an extra insurance that covers the excess amount in the event of damage to the vehicle body.

You can decrease it by choosing an additional insurance package, and per the package selected the excess amount is either lowered or completely removed.

Yes, if you want the complete information about the price of your rental, however you can always select additional packages and services during vehicle pick up.

To be certain that the desired equipment will be available during pick up, we advise you to reserve it during the vehicle reservation process. However, according to availability you can also request it in our offices.

You can choose additional products such as a child seat, booster, winter tires, etc. (Please inquire about availability).

You can use ferries within the borders of Turkey.

Our vehicles can be used for a couple of hours per your desires, however the minimum amount charged is always 24 hours. Pick up, and drop off time is always selected during the reservation process.

Yes, CARWIZ offers such a service. You can pick up a vehicle at one office and return it to another. You can check the office list, as well as select the pickup and drop off location during the reservation process. The cost of this service („One way service“) will be calculated and added to the cost of the rental during the reservation.

You can drop off our vehicles at our offices in other cities. An additional fee applies for this service. Taking the vehicles outside of Turkey is strictly prohibited.

During the reservation process, you need to state the exact pick up time. However, you can change the pickup time up until 12 hours before vehicle pick up.

Note: in case of late arrivals, we hold the right not to release the vehicle
