During rental
All our users can drive around with a rented vehicle only in Turkey.
For all technical inquires please look under “Technical inquires”.
You can either prolong your rental period in written form or personally in our offices 48 hours before your rental period ends. The price of the prolongation will be calculated by our current price list.
You can change the drop off office, however in such a case, an additional fee is charged for this service.
As our customer, you have the freedom to use the vehicle inside Turkey only.
In our selection of additional equipment, you can choose child seats/booster, winter tires, tire chains.
Go to your nearest CARWIZ office. If the equipment is available you can rent it, and the charges are made according to the rental period.
If you have decided to add an additional driver to your contract you can come to the nearest CARWIZ office with a valid driver’s licence of the driver you want to add. The additional drivers fee is charged from the date you added the additional driver.
You can return the vehicle before the specified period in the contract. However, there will be no refund for unused days.
If you have already have a CARWIZ vehicle rented, and you decided to add additional insurance, please got to the nearest CARWIZ office to change the rental terms and to have the car inspected.
